Since we founded Amélie  in 2006 we have changed the style and the menu several times as times, tastes and pockets have changed.

In this time of the post-pandemic Amélie, we combine the successes of a lifetime with Mexican dishes made with love and  especially trying to maintain authenticity  local ingredients.
